IBEYOSTUDIO is a PR and event agency in Stockholm with main focus on lifestyle and fashion brands. Our clients are both global, commercial brands and smaller, innovative design brands. Our ambition is to be a progressive agency by combining traditional PR work with unconventional, digital solutions. As our general manager, you will be responsible for IBEYOSTUDIO’s accounts, finance and administration, as well as responsible for procurement and IT. The position means to develope the finance function operationally as well as strategically and to be responsible for the company’s financial statements. Budgets and forecasting are main tasks and you will be reporting to our board of directors.
We are looking for a person that wants to be part of keeping and developing structure in a company in rapid growth. During the coming years, we have the ambition to grow in several ways, and we are looking for someone to join us on this fantastic journey. You will have great opportunity to influence your own work situation and to increase the efficiency in our organization.
We believe you have at least five years experience from similar tasks, or an academic degree within finance and at least two years work experience. You have very strong knowledge in budgeting and accounting. Experience from sales is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Accounting
- Budget and forecasting
- Ledger
- Procurement and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Monthly reporting and financial statements
- Be responsible for the company’s other administrative procedures
Competence
- Masters in Business administration or similar competence aquired through work experience
- Several years experience of similar work
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
